Candidate Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data of candidates who apply to our vacancies through LinkedIn Easy Apply.

1. Data Controller

Consuflix is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Process

We only process the information that you voluntarily provide via LinkedIn, which may include:

Your LinkedIn profile information;

Your CV/resume uploaded via LinkedIn.

We do not collect any other personal data directly from you outside the LinkedIn platform.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data will only be used to:

• Assess your application and suitability for the role;

• Contact you regarding your application.

• The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in managing recruitment processes.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will delete your CV and application data within 30 days after the recruitment process ends.

If you are shortlisted or hired, we may retain your data for a longer period as required by law or internal HR processes (you will be informed accordingly).

• Request rectification or erasure;

• Restrict processing;

• Object to processing;

• Data portability;

• Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
